Managing compliance is a big time suck. Making sure that your car is registered, that you’re registered to vote, that your taxes are paid — the list goes on. For the vast majority of us not wealthy or important enough to have a personal assistant to help with that, we find ourselves having to wade through documentation and file forms. We’re often stuck trying to comply with governmental regulations. Either government sites and resources need to be more user-friendly or we need a generalized interaction layer between us and the resources — be it a bot, a separate service, or a cheap personal assistant.
