Hi, I was just speaking to David in The Netherlands.

I purchased my Airbike in February and it was delivered in middle of March. The order number is:

When my Airbike goes over the smallest bump the motor turns off and I have to accelerate from zero. Please see the two videos attached.

I had been dealing with technical support in China after I contacted the Facebook page.They decided it was an e-brake problem and sent me a replacement e-brake to fit myself. I did this but the problem is exactly the same.

Also the Airbike only reaches 20km/hr on flat ground.

I was also given settings from technical support and programmed these in but no change in poor performance.

I have not had any response from Facebook or China and extremely frustrated

I am requesting a replacement bike.
