In this article, we are going to see how to add windows Host/Server to Nagios Monitoring Server. If you don’t know how to configure the Nagios server please read the below article and configure the Nagios Monitoring server in your Linux Box ( Linux Machine).

Add Windows host/server in the Nagios Monitoring server for continuously monitoring. we have to install Plugins NSclient++. NSClient++ acts as a monitoring agent used together with Nagios to track the resources of a window system. It can also be used with other monitoring instruments like Icinga, naemon, OP5, etc. To Install NSClient++ in windows very simple Like other software installs in windows. so we are now going to install NSClient++ on our Windows client machine and configure the Nagios server to receive resource updates from the Windows client machine through NSClient+.
