Doesn’t this signal a change to a “new” company, even if legally it remains the same entity? It seems like the two organizations in this example would be very different, from the investors and the board all the way down to every-level staff. They would be different companies, even if they shared a common brand,name – but perhaps this is a distinction without a difference.
