HOW WOULD IT KNOW WHEN TO REMIND YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Simple. Whenever you add a new ‘Customer Record’ for rentals…
…your ‘Assistant’ will automatically check the ‘Move in Date’ & ‘Move out Date’ fields.
After your assistant has the data, it will constantly create notifications reminding you of the tenants that will move out with the next 30 days and 60 days.
The ‘Reminder Icon’ will inform you on the number of move out events and will quickly show you the names of your tenants and their accompanying details.
THE ‘MOVE OUT’ ANATOMY
Clicking on the ‘See All Alerts’ button will take you to the Move Out Alert Dashboard.
The dashboard features two tabs; the current month & the succeeding month. The title of those tabs include the specific number of move out events.
The first column in the table is the most important one. It will show you the number of days before the actual move out. We love it because it provides a quick sense of urgency.
Columns two to eleven will show the complete details of the transaction.
The last column is dedicated for your ‘Follow Up’. You need to ask your tenants if they would renew their contract of lease, right? That’s money in the bag! A renewed contract means another set of commission!
Once you’re done with your ‘Follow Up’, all you have to do is click on the ‘-’ dash box, after that, it will change into a ‘✓’ check box.
We believe you only need two follow ups to get a concrete answer from your tenant, if s/he will renew or not. If it takes a third try, then you have a problem.
It’s that easy! No need to do mental gymnastics to figure out how to properly do your property management / rental management business. Your assistant is here for you.
