REVENUE ANALYTICS: TRACK SALES, RENTAL QUOTAS AND COMMISSION IN REAL-TIME

All of us need to measure the progress we make in order to know if we’re succeeding in our financial goal or not.
If you do not know your total sales and rental volume in last year’s first quarter, how would you determine if you’re business is improving in the current quarter?
Gone are the days when only the big corporations are the ones making emphasis on quarterly revenues. Gone are the days when you needed to hire an accountant, bookkeeper or personal assistant to keep track of your finances. Freelance brokers and agents and in-house sales and leasing teams can now use one, free, cloud-based software to do all those things… and more!

It’s huge, you would never miss it.
Using the data that you input in your Customer Records’ [Selling Price] field…
the software automatically calculates the sum and prints it on the Sales Volume counter.
No more manual computation or Excel formula adjustments. At 3:00AM, you can login to your account and see just how much sales you made.
The same exact thing applies to rentals or leases. The system will check the Customer Records’ [Monthly Rental Rate] and calculate the sum automatically.
At any given time, you can report the actual total volume of rent or lease you made.
Just to be clear, in CLOUDSERVIZ, revenue means the commission that you received.
Here’s another definition from an accounting perspective:
Revenues or revenue in business is the gross income received by an entity from its normal business activities before any expenses have been deducted. Income may be received as cash or cash equivalent and is typically generated from the sale of goods or the rendering of services for a particular period of time.
We incorporated several things in the Revenue Analytics tab (located on the left sidebar), one of which is the Tabular Data panel containing the breakdown of your Sales Volume & Rent Volume.

The Revenue Analytics tab, as it was named, contains the revenue details.
At the very top of the dashboard, you have the Annual Revenue display:
Followed by the Revenue Monitor Graph:
Hovering the mouse on the graph will show the actual figure, as seen in the February example above.
Finally, going back to the Tabular Data panel, the last toggle breakdown is the Commission Leader Board (Top 10):
Through the Commission Leader Board, you get to see who your top 10 biggest customers are. These people have the potential to be repeat customers, they might buy or rent again from you, that’s why we created this leaderboard.
Going back to your main dashboard, you will also see a quick overview of your monthly revenues:
Again, the main purpose of all these is to easily measure success and remind you, visually, to stay on track.
