Thank you for writing this. I hope it reaches people who could benefit from it.
My other thought is that I’m glad we live in an era where
a) you can get support from so many sources: friends and friends-you-haven’t-met on the INternet, doctors, therapists, support groups, hotlines, etc. Maybe there’s an app for bipolar people! :-)
b) there is better understanding. Almost nobody says, “snap out of it”, any more.
It is hard to remember sometimes, but we are not alone in the world, and we ARE loved.
