Jessica, thanks for taking the time to put this all down and share it. Do you mind publicly sharing some numbers around doing it yourself vs. FBA?

If you’re not comfortable with absolute numbers, here’s roughly what I’m interested in. What kind of % yield losses were you looking at when using FBA? And when you looked at fulfillment / dropshipping with another service, how much higher was the price % on the surface?

Also, Amazon’s SEO is partially dependent on the velocity of sales and how fast you can fulfill orders. Do they prioritize merchants that are using FBA in the rankings? Did you notice any drop in placement when you moved away from FBA?
