That’s the “New Deal”?

I understood in my words …
In quitting economy, You do not work for companies, anymore.
Companies are what is left behind projects and ventures.
They are managing assets as relicts from operations.

By this,

watch You social debt!

In a multi-meshed work environment, damages in attitude will catch up with You sooner or later.

Two days ago, I experienced this on a conference:

Him:
“I know this guy.
He founded X, then Y, then Z.
He once was my manager.”

Me:
“And, how he was as Your manager?”

Him [eye-rolling]

Me:
“Ahh, I see. He was so busy to found that he has no time for You employees.”

… I did not join any of the three speeches of “Mr. I am a Founder”

/the deal is …

The deal as You described and I understood it:

  • You (company) give me the opportunity to collect (not to gain!!) what “the market” expects in experience which should guarantee some kind of expertise.
  • While I learn at You, I might help You (company) out, working on a certain task which promises to improve Your Business, dear company.
  • Meanwhile, You offer some money to stay once a while.
  • When I worked long enough on that task/technology-thing, I will offer my experience in collecting job-time to another company that pay some degrees higher for the same play in game.

Meanwhile You spent 50% of Your income to rent, 25% to entertainment and junk-food — besides “free-food” You get at job — and the rest You “safe” by “investing” in crypto-currencies.

Is that the way, the orange man thinks to make California and the other states “great again”?

You, dear reader, might like to get access to some other toxic thoughts about life in Economy should be.

Here are some of them:
