Outsourcing Humans is Crazy

We’re trying to de-humanize society & sell it to people, literally.

1.) Evidence

“Hey kids!”

(Target market = Millennials)

All you have to do is swipe left to feel better & then we get your money!

Say What?

2.) Reality

Okay, here’s real life.

Human Resource is something we’re trying to put on apps.

We’re trying to out-human… humans?

There’s something crazy about that.

Here’s what I found as what I’d like to call “evidence”, again:

Do you really think that’s how this how “life” thing works?

Oh…

Yeah, a lot of people do.

I’ve spent my entire week discussing this with my own clients.

I run a 1–on-1 business for a reason.

Here’s why:

3.) You.

You reading this?

This will be long so have fun here:

People actually matter to me.

Let’s say that again…

Humans?

I wrote about it in my last blog.

That’s what I would call “literal” in what is also known as a “dictionary.”

For example, say someone is on their phone instead of actually doing their job?

Oh yeah, me too!

I get, what I’d actually call “disappointed” when people are on their phones & living in “la la land.”

That’s how you lose that job.

By not knowing the difference between this & that.

There’s actual, what I’d call “hard work” there.

That’s actually the funny to part to me.

But you tell me, um……..

Right now, if there’s plumbing work to be done in your house, guess who does that?

The plumber. (not an app)

Oh, well that's interesting…

Well, say you need a car… just because Uber exists?

That doesn’t mean you magically appear wherever you’re trying to go!

Yes, there are automated cars but guess what?

People are actually working on that.

Tell me 1 last thing:

  • What makes you laugh?
  • I mean, what’s funny to me is people invest in crap.
  • Then, they get upset when they actually get, you know, CRAP back!

Conclusion

Look, it’s great that apps can do “automated tasks.”

Go test those.

But, that’s where you need to actually be something called “smart.”

(Sorry, I cannot figure that out for you.)

If you need a job done right, go to an actual person.

If you need a therapist, then go, in real life (with two of your feet) to a real “aliveperson.

I guarantee 1 single thing…

That person?

Is is what we define in the dictionary as…

Another “person.”

If you get an F on #1 here, don’t read any further.

Like, yeah… that’s kinda funny to me.

2.) Help others too.

That’s actually how this thing called “life” works.

If you only help yourself & don’t help others?

That’s actually called “being selfish.”

By the way?

3.) Stop lying to yourself.

There are always bad sales pitches thrown out there that are always based in crap.

And again, most of my clients have heard this but I love giraffes too…

It’s just funny how long their necks are because yeah, you actually have to go to what’s actually called a “zoo” to see one that’s called “alive.”

But, I guarantee there’s a difference between this:

Oh, and actually going to this place?:

Oh yeah, that’s like really a physical place.

I actually love what I do.

It’s my passion.

I happen to enjoy what I’d like to verify in this thing called real life as “hard work” because guess what?

I happen to actually enjoy people.

We’re #1.

We trump robots & apps & yeah…

That’s what makes me pretty different from everyone else.

And don’t get that twisted.

What’s insane?

I love this city I live in.

Its actually what I put my entire “life” into, so stop complaining about yours.

The people that actually occupy, work in it, & run it?

That’s what I call “Wilmington, NC.”

That part my friends?

That’s called a “work-life balance.”

To everyone reading, go find yours.

Because I provide a great one for the people I care the most about.

That’s what we call: earth.

It’s a great planet & we happen to live on it.
