Hi Stephanie,

First — thank you for the kind words. Hmmm, carbs? I love them. Yesterday I ate my leftover cornbread stuffing. Oh and we picked up some delicious macaroons! Seriously, I don’t think too much about it. As I mentioned, I try to make fruits and vegetables a default and then just listen to my body for the rest of the time. I don’t want to get too caught up in rules or looking at food as scientific fuel for my body. I like the culture of food and will continue to celebrate it.
