I couldn’t agree more that Americans definitely do prefer to turn a blind eye to other cultures or view them negatively/blindly. It really is hard to not judge a book by its cover sometimes but when we live in such a diverse society, it really needs to become a goal for individuals across this nation and even world, to view and accept others with more open minds rather than to look down upon them negatively.
