Problematic Fat Representation

Your eyes ‘project’ more than they ‘see’. And because of we turn people and things into objects. Objectification. Objects of representation. Objects of projection.

If a ‘man’ had written this he too would become another object. An object of ridicule, an object of scorn. Ostracized.

Objects have no meaning of their own until you give them one. An opinion, a reflection of yourself.

We are all part of one another… not as objects to ourselves.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
