The Power of Thought
Allowing them to simply pass by
We constantly have thoughts passing thru our mind all day long, perhaps 60,000 thoughts or more a day. The problem does not lie in the thought itself, but our perceived need to examine the content and then run over it again and again ad nauseum.
Thoughts are like countless snowflakes blowing in the wind, its also not necessary to do anything with them but simply watch them pass by. The same with thoughts. Stop thinking about thinking and simply let them pass by unattached to any content whatsoever.
Try it and see if your mind starts to rest in peace as there is no need to do anything.
