Why is sorting relationships at work so important?
As a Relationship coach, I work with #corporates enabling them resolve their Interpersonal Relationship Management issues.
Doing so, I categorize relationships into three types:
🎯 Supportive
🎯Competitive, and
🎯Destructive.
Supportive relationships are those that help you grow, learn, and achieve your goals.
Competitive relationships are those that push you to be better, but can sometimes create tension and conflict.
Destructive relationships are those that harm your well-being and negatively impact your work.
By identifying these relationships, individuals and organizations can take steps to foster and encourage supportive relationships while minimizing the impact of competitive and destructive relationships.
Here are a few ways that sorting relationships at work can increase productivity:
1. Builds trust and collaboration
2. Reduces conflict and stress
3. Improves communication
4. Increases job satisfaction and engagement .
5. Enhances learning and development
All of the above are crucial for the #success of any organization.
Let’s connect if you are facing such issues in your organization and its hampering the progress.
