
How to increase your work efficiency

Many times you have experienced stress due to excessive work. Also many times you feel hard to complete a tough job you have been allotted to.
So this blog is for you. There are number of ways you may have gone through which were not effective but these are simple and work up to great extent.
1) Take a break after every two hour periodically
This I think you have listened many times but may have or may not tried. If you have tried then you have surely done another work instantly. The cause of unproductive I will discuss later but for those who have not tried try it. Its my own experience, my mathematical calculations increase greatly(I like to do mathematics). Many people also break this period into half an hour but I have never tried. Of course you can try.
So now why it was unproductive I have not discussed. The reason is your mind was at previous thing but you are trying to do another duty. This at overall increases your stress and feel you more tired. I have never said to do another job. I only have asked you to take a rest. May be some people can do different jobs rapidly one after another but this don’t work for all, at least not for me. But again you are free to try because I am sharing my own and some of my friends experience.
2) Plan your schedule a day before
This is a master plan but very few people can maintain it. This is because if you plan your work there is a sense working your mind that I have to finish this work as fast as I can and do the next work. Don’t forget to add the break times in your schedule. Your schedule should contain everything starting from exercise to dinner. This also reduces your leisure time hanging on smartphones which is my next plan but for now keep it away. keep a time to read mails and concentrate on your work.
Now why you cannot maintain this for long time. The answer is simple that you have to think. Planning is not a five minute work but you are planing your 24 hours next. At starting everyone would do this but after a week only thirty percent of people will be left and on next week five percent. Don’t do this. Every night before sleep plan your next day and your life will be changed.
3) Keep away smartphones
“Why is everyone against smartphone?” I seem you were thinking this only. But everyone is saying true only. The fact is that smartphones are huge time consuming. Again plan your day and allot a time for smartphone.
4) Don’t use mobiles before sleep
This works for all my friends and myself. If you don’t believe try it. And then also if it does not work comment below. Before half an hour of sleep keep it away. You can always read books, magazines etc. but not any electronic device.
5)During sleep don’t think of past or future
This is new but may work. It worked for me when I had less sleep. Actually the problem is of low work efficiency is that you have less sleep and this is the only reason why I prevented you from using smartphones before sleeping.
Now the main thing behind it. Actually when you think of past you continue to think of your friends relatives people who have rudely behaved with you and you are unknowingly making your body active for something which is not existing only. This is deep fact but simply think of any one happy thing.
For example think of field covered with wheat or rice, orchards, lavender farms (that what I think of because it is extremely beautiful).
