Code Green partners with 1–54 on NFT Collector Pass for African Art
We’re partnering with the world’s leading African Art Fair, 1–54 on a first-of-its-kind NFT collector pass, featuring works by the world’s top artists from across Africa and its diaspora.
The launch of the Pass — which is a collaboration with LiveArt and Palm — was anounced at the 10 Year Anniversary of the world-renowned 1–54 Art Fair, which takes place from 13–16 October 2022 in Somerset House, London.
Code Green has been given a prestigious exhibition space at the Fair, which was last year occupied by Christies, no less!
Over the coming days, we’ll be exhibiting amazing works from our ecosystem and hosting a unique Malian inspired photobooth for visitors to have their photographs taken by our Co-Founder and CEO Inna Modja, which will then be minted into NFTs.
The 1–54 NFT Mint Pass, will drop during Miami Art Week in early December, bringing the world’s best African art into the digital space.
Further announcements on featured artists are expected in the coming weeks.
The Pass will open up a universe of exciting utilities including:
- Exclusive access to future NFT Genesis artwork drops, by established artists from across 1–54’s platform
- Free airdrops of artworks by emerging artists from across the 1–54 ecosystem
- VIP access to all four 1–54 events across the world: London, Paris, Marrakech and New York

The limited edition members pass will be minted by Code Green on LiveArt using Palm — a sustainable NFT platform, which consumes 99.5% less energy than PoW blockchains.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales will be used to support the Great Green Wall — an African-led climate project growing an 8000km wall of trees across Africa — with funds directed to community driven projects and eco-businesses across the Continent.
