WordPress Core Feature Plugin: Shiny Updates

If your a frequent WordPress user then you know how the plugin screen works. There is an update, you click the update button and are forwarded to a screen that does the update. It’s not a clean experience and not intuitive at all. The WordPress Core Feature Plugin ‘Shiny Updates’ tries to fix this.

A Core Feature Plugin is a plugin that is planned to be merged into core.

It replaces the current UI with a more clean and more solid experience. It fixes some UI glitches and allows for faster updating, installing and activation of plugins. To get it merged they need feedback. So you are free to install it (the old way) and try it out!
