How to follow up after job interview

The ending is everything. You are judged in this world by how well you bring things to an end.

That’s why.

What you do after the interview is as important as, what you do during the interview.

You need to understand that, going through a series of interviews and getting hired is a complex process.

And in order to maximize your chances of success you must master a series of tactics.

And

One of those little tactics is your ability to follow up after the interview.

Here is how you can do this:

After 2 or 3 hours of the interview, you must send a thank you mail to the interviewers. This mail should consist of three parts

First: You need to complement the interviewers for the nice interview experience

Second: Remind them why you are still the best fit for the job.

Third: You need to ask them if they require any more documentation or anything else from you

Here is a real example i have sent almost after every interview

“Dear Mr Andersen,

Thank you for the great meeting earlier today. It was nice to know more about you, the job and the company. I truly believe that there is a good match between my skills and experiences and your job requirements.

Let me know if you require some further documentation from me.

I am looking forward to hear back from you.

Thanks and Regards

Mr. XYZ “

Remember: You need to send a follow up mail after every interview no matter it was a good or bad experience.
