Is there someone who can please reply to my email regarding my account being restricted, I have been trying to contact support since May and was told by someone named Josie that it would be corrected and upgraded to expert level. I have provided all necessary documents to verify my account and was able to purchase ETH only to have it all of the sudden come up as restricted a few days later and now with the new revelation I don’t even have the option of cashing out, because my account is STILL restricted. I haven’t gotten a reply or resolution since July 4th from Josie. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAIL. Thank you in advance.
