Francesco Gadaleta, thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve come to that conclusion and it helps to get an affirmation from an experienced person.

The objective of this post is not to bash dask library over anything, but to highlight how the relevance of use-cases can change over time in tech. This use-case isn’t right today for dask-ml module, but was truly good enough over a year ago (see reference video mentioned in the post). That was the case in point to showcase how rapidly tech changes and how important it is to keep up oneself updated. And this experience, is something the contemporary software developer who has moved along the tech-waves in the past, would contribute to, in bringing some sanity to a diverse group of data-scientists. Driving this point is the sole purpose of this post.

Spoiler Alert: I should soon write how a statistician as a data-scientist can help a team of data-scientists and more..

I look forward for your continued engagement and would truly appreciate it.
