Thanks for writing a great piece! One question, though: is voting with the pocketbook lesser than voting politically? If we spend on companies with products and supply chains that follow the principles you mention at the bottom, it seems that would lead to quicker change than waiting for the food topic to enter political debates and policy. Isn’t every meal a sort of “micro-vote”?
