I’ve written in the past about the concept of the ‘vulnerable job posting’ which, rather than creating a grandiose story about how much the company is growing, actually just documents that Steven, their top sales guy left to take care of his kids. There’s SO MUCH value right through the employment chain if that initial documentation is there.
