Why I refuse to hide

This is stellar work, my friend. It’s funny, I was in UX at the bank I used to work for and our strength was our contact centre (legitimately). That became part of our challenge; building a flawlessly designed website for scale whilst also saying ‘call us, we mean it’. Unfortunately, everyone is jaded about talking to the toothless tiger, so it was a difficult message to market.
