Story —

There are really only two stories here. There’s Jeffrey MacDonald’s story, and there is the truth. This case is solved, but there still seems to be a great deal of controversy in the true crime world over MacDonald’s guilt or innocence. I 100% believe that Jeffrey MacDonald killed his family and is exactly where he belongs, behind bars. First, I’m going to give you the story as told by Jeffrey MacDonald, then I will dig into what the evidence shows, the holes in MacDonald’s story, and what I believe actually happened.

On the evening of Monday, February 16, 1970, Colette MacDonald went to an evening class at a local college where she was taking courses in pursuit of an English degree, hoping to become a college professor. She arrived home around 9:30PM to find that her husband had already put her two young girls, five-year-old Kimberley and two-year-old Kristen, to bed.
