Behavior Flexibility “The secret to great leadership”
Throughout our time running Cognizance Capital we noticed in “real time” one amazing thing; that leaders of today implament behaviors that are so consistent that their tribe members have them pegged thus variables such as (work ethic, confidence, motivation etc.) stay stagnate.
Leaders should have behaviors that are flexible, fitting for certain times thus there competence level of how to handle such has to be high.
(Behavior #1 and the most dominate behavior great leaders display) “MOMMY BEHAVIOR”: emphatic, supportive, sees and acknowledges how great and individual is and reactive in real time to their greatness and short comings!
(Behavior #2 and the 2nd most dominate behavior) “Anthropologist: behaviors with major curiosity and inquiry, seeing what they can do to Fuentes impact their tribe member on a personal and professional level.
(Behavior #3 and the 3rd most dominate behavior) “Drill Sergeant”: no sugar coating yet they understand that the tasks that they aren’t sugar coating the tribe member can fully and successfully execute.
(Behavior #4 and the fourth most dominate behavior but has the potential to creep towards second place) “Professor”: Notices when tribe member needs coaching and teaching.
(Behavior #5 and the fifth most impactful behavior) “ZEST”: Remove tribe member quickly after all other tactics and behaviors have been attempted.
