The CoinFi Token Sale Details

Overview

• The CoinFi token sale (ICO) is separated into two parts — the pre-sale and the Crowd-sale.
• The pre-sale has three tiers (on a first come first serve basis) and begins on the 15th January 2018.
• The Crowd-sale is open to everyone who has registered for the whitelist (on https://sale.coinfi.com/) and is expected to begin on February 8th (or whenever the hard cap is reached).
• Only those that have completed the whitelist registration and KYC process can participate. Please check your Ethereum address in your login dashboard here: https://sale.coinfi.com/login
• There is a minimum contribution of 1ETH for the pre-sale. And 0.25ETH minimum contribution for the crowd-sale.
• 1ETH=7500 COFI tokens, which is going to be adjusted accordingly with the rate of ETH. This rate will be locked one day before the pre-sale and remain locked throughout the entire sale so everyone gets the same rate.

CoinFi Sale Overview

• The pre-sale will start at January 15th 2018 (7pm Jan 14th New York EST/Midnight Jan 15th London UTC/8am Jan 15th Hong Kong HKT)
• The minimum contribution required for the pre-sale will be 1ETH

Pre-sale and Crowd-sale Details

• The Hard cap for the Pre-sale and Crowd-sale combined will be $15 million USD.
• The Hard cap for the Pre-sale is $5 million USD, split into three $1.67 million USD tiers.
• The Hard cap for the Crowd-sale is $10 million USD.
• There will be 300M COFI tokens created in total. Of those 300M, 150M will be sold during the token sale. These 150M tokens, valued at $15 million USD, will be distributed in the following way:

Pre-sale

50M COFI tokens ($5 million USD) will be sold in the pre-sale to early participants, split into 3 tiers:

• The first tier of contributors (16.67M COFI — $1.67 million USD) will be awarded a 20% bonus.
• The second tier of contributors (16.67M COFI — $1.67 million USD) will be awarded a 15% bonus.
• The third tier of contributors (16.67M COFI — $1.67 million USD) will be awarded a 10% bonus.

The dates for these tiers are as follows:

• Tier 1 — Jan 15th to Jan18th
• Tier 2 — Jan 22nd to Jan 28th
• Tier 3 — Jan 29th to Feb 4th
• Each tier of the pre-sale will finish once the 5.56% of the total token amount allocated to that tier has been sold.
• The minimum contribution for the pre-sale is 1 ETH. And max is 15ETH per participant.

Crowd-sale

• 100M COFI tokens ($10 million USD) to be sold in the crowd-sale with the funds raised allocated to the company for the development of the product.
• During the first one hour of the crowd-sale, there is a 5 ETH individual cap and a 5% bonus.
• 0.25 ETH minimum contribution required per crowd-sale participant; 15 ETH maximum cap per crowd-sale (after the first hour) and pre-sale participant.

Remainder of Tokens

• 30% retained by company shareholders.
• 20% retained by CoinFi Foundation to be used to incentivize partners and early adopters of the product who contribute to the platform and community.

Official ETH Wallet Address

The token sale address will be visible only to you in your personal login dashboard here: https://sale.coinfi.com/login

• Do not send any funds from exchanges like Coinbase, Bittrex, Bitfinex etc
• Only approved whitelisted addresses can participate. Click here for instructions on setting up your own Ethereum Address and wallet.
• Remember the pre-sale contribution amount has a minimum of 1ETH and 0.25ETH minimum contribution for the crowd-sale.
• Residents from the following countries are not allowed to participate but if you’re a citizen of these countries and reside outside of these then you can participate: People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Cayman Islands, US and Canada.

MyEtherWallet

Go to https://myetherwallet.com. And follow the instructions to create your wallet. We’ve got a more in-depth walkthrough post here.

1. Visit https://www.myetherwallet.com

2. Select the tab “Send Ether & Tokens”

3. Select the option “Keystore File (UTC / JSON)”, select your wallet file, enter your password and ‘Unlock Wallet’ to login to your account.

4. Now, make sure you copy the address directly from your login dashboard here: https://sale.coinfi.com/login

5. Make sure gas price does not exceed 50 Gwei

6. Select the amount of ETH you’d like to send (Minimum 1 ETH for the pre-sale only and 0.25ETH min. required for the crowd-sale) and click “Generate Transaction”

• Change gas limit to 150,000.

Once you complete this process successfully, the contribution will be sent to our contract and you will see a proof of the transaction in the “Transaction History”.

Mist

If you are already familiar with Mist, here are the steps to follow in order to successfully participate and contribute to our token sale event.

1. Open your Mist application
2. Go to the “Send” tab in the options
3. Now, make sure you copy the address from your login dashboard only(https://sale.coinfi.com/login) and paste it in the “To:” section
4. Enter the amount of ETH you want like to send (make sure it does not exceed the individual cap
5. The fee should be set nearing the bottom of the page. The input amount not to exceed 50 Gwei (0.00000005 ETH).

6. Click “Send”

7. You will see a summary of the the transaction — note, the contribution has not yet been sent as yet!

8. Enter your password again and click “Send Transaction”

Now your contribution has been sent and will be added to the Transaction History in the wallet (to view this go to Wallet Overview -> Latest Transactions)

MetaMask

MetaMask is a simple and intuitive add-on that enables everyone to send tokens easily and securely.

1. Click on the add-on icon in your browser
2. Click “Send”
3. Now, make sure you copy the address from https://sale.coinfi.com/login and paste it in the “Recipient Address” field
4. Enter the amount of ETH you want to send
5. Click “Next”.
6. Set gas limit to 150,000 and make sure gas price is at most 50 Gwei.
7. Submit the transaction.
