I saw several articles on this topic and saw how several people on the Internet expressed their disappointment in the failure of music projects/platforms. The reason was that only crypto-enthusiasts are true to their ideas. These opinions, which I saw in several articles, prompted me to recall the first real experience in the crypto-world.

I heard about Imusify a year ago, and at the time I thought the project was not interesting, I never saw a need for it. What is the point without the support of music labels? What is wrong with regular platforms? These were my first reactions…

So, going back to the fall of 2018 and no matter, I got acquainted with WP more or less, and I was not met by the openness that I wanted to feel from the community. …

A cryptopawnshop that Roger Ver helped raise $ 38 million opens up a new Shitcoinoffering “Interview” segment.

Long story short. Before the ice melt in the Christmas bourbon, here we are, dropping the new article. And not the basic one, it’s a real interview.

So, how it was. We celebrated Christmas, didn’t touch anyone as one guy from Ukraine knocked at our door, and said: Hey folks, why did you insult MoneyToken, they have something to say about their business.

And here it is, Money Token COO, Alex Fisun, tells how their startup works and why it is quite risky to borrow money from them in a bear market. At the end (after the direct speech) you’ll find our verdict on it. And yes, we are open for the feedback. …

I saw several articles on this topic and saw how several people on the Internet expressed their disappointment in the failure of e-commerce projects. The reason was that only crypto-enthusiasts are true to their ideas. These opinions, which I saw in several articles, prompted me to recall the first real experience in the crypto-world.

I heard about Aussie Digital a year ago, and at the time I thought the project was not interesting, I never saw a need for it. What is the point of money without government support? Does the Internet need its own money? What is wrong with PayPal or just using my credit card? …

Introduction

Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen — good morning and thank you for the opportunity to participate in this important event.

In Singapore, it is often windy. Winds here bring change, and opportunity. Historically, they blew ships to its port. These resupplied while waiting for the Monsoon to pass, for the seasons to change.

“Change is the only constant,” wrote the ancient Greek philosopher, Heraclitus of Ephesus.

Singapore knows this. You know this. …

Last week, the US Senate Banking Committee held a hearing exploring the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, which featured prominent American economist and self professed crypto skeptic Dr Nouriel Roubini.

Here we analyze the testimony of Dr. Roubini and give our take on the 10 main points of his argument.

1. ‘Crypto is the mother of all scams and bubbles. The bubble has burst this year

  • 81% of all ICOs were scams
  • 11% of them have been failing or are dead
  • Only 8% are still traded on exchanges
  • Bitcoin has fallen by 70% this year. Other crypto has fallen by 80%, thousands of others by 95%. …

Developing messaging for your token sale can be tricky. There are a number of words or written implications that can make institutional contributors very nervous, or worse yet, cause legal trouble for your company.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission cracked down on token sales because of widespread scamming and misleading or illegal conduct. For example, Regulation D, rule 506 imposes that companies “Cannot use general solicitation or advertising to market the securities.” This is reflected by the major social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter banning the advertisement of token sales of any kind.

For a full 360 degree view on ICO laws, consult with your blockchain legal advisor. …

In this blog post, we’ll share more on how we built the BigQuery Ethereum Public Datasetthat contains the Ethereum blockchain data. This includes the primary data structures — blocks, transactions — as well as high-value data derivatives — token transfers, smart contract method descriptions.

Leveraging the power of BigQuery allows you to access the Ethereum blockchain via SQL and find meaningful insights rapidly. This data can also be easily exported to CSV, Avro, or JSON files and used for further analysis using graph databases, visualization tools, and machine learning frameworks.

We focused on simplicity, consistency, and reliability when working on this project. Some interesting challenges and important design decisions will be covered in the following sections. Below, we’ll also demonstrate some powerful BigQuery features that allow disassembling all Ethereum smart contracts in seconds. …
