Here is the specific time:

1.ILC deposit will be available at 16:00 on March 27th, 2019(UTC+8).

2.ILC/BTC and ILC/USDT trading pairs will be available at 16:00 on March 28th, 2019(UTC+8).

3.ILC withdrawal will be available at 16:00 on April 3rd, 2019(UTC+8).
