3.1 Find a token that still can be minted
Click on “All” to visualize the list of all available tokens
3.2 Find the token to mint
An easy way to find what is still available to mint is by clicking on the column title Progress.
3.3 Select the token to mint
Another way to select which token to mint is to click on “Trending”. Top tokens during last 300 mints will be displayed.
I will mint JAMEX from @jamex_art , a well known artist in the STAMP community.
IMPORTANT: Pay attention that progress is not close to 90% because could be still mints executed waiting to be approved resulting that your mint will be invalid.
Stampscan.xyz offers an ACTION at the last column, Usually here you will see “Mint” unless the is minted out.
3.4 Minting screen
Make sure first that you are in the Mint tab
3.5 Enter the data
Recipient: is the address where you would like to receive the tokens. You can choose the one that is connected to Stampscan.xyz, still you have the option to send it somewhere else.
IMPORTANT: if you will use a different address, make sure that support stamps and SRC-20. Do not use addresses starting with ‘bc1p’. Those starting with ‘bc1q’ or ‘1’ are OK.
Token: is prefilled since you selected from the table
Amount: is the number of tokens that you would like to mint. Selecting the token will be automatically filled in.
Repeat Mint (Max: 300): This is a way to mint at once more times. Let’s say that you want to have 840,000 tokens, then you can mint in a single transaction 2 of the max 420,000 token per mint. You cannot have a value bigger than 300 mints.
Effective miner fee rate: use the one suggested or higher in order to get the tokens faster. By placing a low fee you could be frontrunned. As a result your mint will be invalid if executed when progress in higher than 100%. Take a look to the min a max fees.. In this case I’m willing to pay a higher fee to make sure that I will get the tokens since the mint is close to 90 %.
3.6 Validate the data that you have entered
3.7 Submitting the transaction to Mint
Once that you checked and double checked click on “Mint”.
Side note: If your balance is low, “Not enough BTC balance” message will be displayed. Meaning that you will need to get more BTC in your account.
3.8 Approve transaction with your wallet
This is the last chance that you have to not submit the transaction. If that’s the case click on “Cancel” and no funds will be substracted from your wallet.
If you want to proceed, click on “Confirm” . Depending on your wallet status, it could ask for you password to proceed with the confirmation.
3.9 Option to check the progress of your transaction
By clicking on the hyperlink “here” you will be derived to the mempool.space website where you can see the details of your transaction.
3.10 Wait until your transactions is picked up
when the triangle is on the blue side, means that your transaction is picked up by the miners.
3.11 Checking Mint validity
Although you have minted and payed the fees, still it’s important to check if your mint is valid. This means that has minted before the minting maximum has been reached.
