San Francisco’s Public Transport Just Had It’s Most Awesome Social Media Evening

Let’s talk about service interruptions. Facing disappointed and annoyed customers, who just want to get home to their families or have to be at work… well, five minutes ago, is certainly no easy job.

Personally I never noticed San Francisco’s BART handling this in an outstanding way. I was mostly looking at the unofficial BART diaries.

Until tonight.

It all started with electrical issues:

And then the conversation took off:

Public transportation suddenly was a lot more fun.

BART needed no GIFs or Emojis (obviously I did).
