Honestly, I am not very interested in a metric that would determine the “greatest country in the world” because I don’t think there is one. I referenced GDP because that tends to be a data point that is brought up when people say the US is the greatest country in the world. What I am interested in is more people moving away from the notion that the US is the greatest and being more critical of its flaws so we can make meaningful changes to address this country’s shortcomings.
