I excitedly read this article as I too spent way too much money on a west elm couch who’s legs were wobbling and buttons were falling off. I even went so far as to email west elm to ask for a refund.
Sadly, I realized after that I didn't buy a “Peggy” I bought a “Crosby” Same crappy craftsmanship, just not eligible for a refund.
