Writing Sample: the Onion

Below is a writing sample I wrote last year in the style of the Onion. I ambitiously tracked down the fonts and design elements so it looks vaguely realistic.

Also of note: the date in the ‘article’ says it was written in 2012 — I made that up so it would align with a date there might realistically be a homecoming event (i.e., not in early June, when the piece was actually written).
