Has anyone been able to return/replace this piece of crap? I have the exact same couch with the exact same issues. I’ve contacted them numerous times and ran into the same excuses, they told me I could purchase a sewing kit to re-attach the 12 buttons I have which have fallen off. I purchased this in store so I no longer have the paper receipt they gave me.
