This is excellent. Thank you. Most of the ideas are not new to me, but having them in one place is helpful. And if I make an honest effort to incorporate even half of these, I believe I’ll be happier and more productive. My only quibble is with #19. Yes to protein in the morning. Would watch it on the eggs (hard on diabetics) and definitely cured meats which, as far as my non-meat industry subsidized research indicates, is poisonous to our bodies. Not to mention the horrors of factory farming…..but that’s another issue.
