Also, when a company goes to unlimited vacation…that means that if you are let go and didn’t take your typical vacation…you don’t get any vacation payout so that time you may have been saving up for a vacation is just lost. It’s a cost savings for the company since they don’t owe any vacation time payouts for whatever reason.
