“When trans service members can serve openly and receive necessary medical treatment”

When you say “necessary medical treatment”, are you referring to general medical needs, or gender transitioning needs. I hope it’s not the latter, because U.S. veterans don’t get the medical care they need when they come home due to lack of and mismanagement of funds (and of course due to the government not giving a damn about them). I hope you don’t expect the military to spend money for someone’s gender transition surgery and all the meds that go with it, when vets are hurting due to lack of medical care.
