What Do You Do When A Job Is Harder Than You Thought?
Megan Reynolds

I once sort of accidentally talked my way into a part-time job requiring a very specific technical skill that I did not possess. I definitely didn’t lie on my resume or in the interview, but for some reason when I showed up they thought I knew how to do it already? And I thought I would just be helping somebody else, but I was actually the lead on this project. So I taught myself, fast. When my contract was up, everybody thought I did a great job! Now I actually have that skill with more experience, looking back I‘m horrified and wish I could go back and re-do it for them.
