Very interesting ! I have a few questions regarding the “test” customers. Have you ever had customers realizing they were part of an “experimental” cohort ? Did they complain when they realized ? Do you handle them differently after the experiment ? For example, do you have them switch back to the “current default” pricing after some time ?

I’m definitely guilty of not testing enough.
It took me 6 months to make a single change. But since running more frequent tests (3 changes in the last 3 months) we’ve been seeing consistently better results.
