If I were you and had some money saved aside, I would plan and take a sabbatical for 1–2 months, go for a longer trip with only a start point on a new continent you’ve never been (could be Europe, Asia or South America). Looks to me you need to rediscover yourself. One way for me to get to know myself better, is to get out of my comfort zone and get to know new people and put myself in new situations. That worked well in the past.

Ideally you will find a work/life balance, develop new passions/activities to do regularly outside of work. That works for me at least, doing sports 2–3 times a week, hiking in the weekend from time to time, occasional dancing classes and learning foreign languages which is my main hobby. A part of having a supportive family and few but close friends with whom to keep in touch.

I am a software developer 30+ and had to work while studying at university. Reading books, one a month also keeps my happy and motivated. I would probably get bored of having less activities to do, but focusing only on work and productivity for a longer period, for me at least it decreases my productivity. Hope this helps. All the best!
