I tell you that its name comes from the steam boilers used by ships that were powered by this fluid in the past and that they consumed a large amount of coal inside their boilers to generate the necessary steam.

Finally you will find the team responsible for the compressed air output , this part allows you to control and supply the air with the care and pressure necessary for the job, there you will usually find a flexible hose that adapts easily to the tools that you use. connect to it, which makes the air flow through it with the pressure established with the help of a pressure switch, indicated in a nanometer that will be visible indicating the pressure in kg/cm2.

When you are going to make a compressor work, you must be clear about how to use it, because if you do not know how to use it, it can become a problem and you can even damage the machine , so I would like to share a guide on how to use air compressors. . The first thing you should know is that if the compressor is new or you just bought it, you must put the wheels on it , since without these the boiler will remain on the ground and can cause a problem or it will be uncomfortable to move it around the area. of work.

After you have the wheels on and they are well secured and it moves without a problem, (make sure you check this, you are not going to get a surprise when moving your compressor); You must place the filter that goes in the air intake part , which is the cylinder with a piston that is in the upper part of the machine, as I mentioned above. You must make sure to place this filter since it is the one that will help you prevent foreign elements from entering the cylinder or the tank and they can come out through the nozzle of the tool and damage the work you are doing or damage your compressor.

After this you must replace the transport plug , which is located in the cover of what is known as the carter, with the work plug, the first one does not have a hole, the second one does have and it is used to get air into the cylinder, make sure do this before connecting the compressor to the current, so you will avoid damage. Then you must check if the carter has oil , if it is completely new it should not have oil, so you must buy one and fill it up to where the level indicates.

Once you have made all these modifications, you must place the hose , which is usually orange, on the side of the air outlet, it is usually secured with a security seal, and you can place it on the side of the tool you are going to use. Once this is done, you must make sure that the compressor is in off mode before connecting to the electrical current , then you connect to the current, and turn the switch to ON or ON mode, verify that the nanometer indicates the desired pressure and start to use. To turn off you just have to turn the switch to off or OFF mode and disconnect from the power, remove the hose from the tool and store in a safe place.
