The iPhone 6 (or iPhone Air) rumour mill is flooding us with potential new features ranging from larger displays (which may be made out of sapphire), a new processor, faster Wi-Fi and NFC. The latter is one that Apple fanboys (and fangirls alike) have been waiting for to open up the world of making payments in locations such as restaurants, bars and retailers straight from your iDevice. Here’s a quick way that you can get ahead of the curve right now.
Earlier this year Barclaycard introduced bPay — a wrist band to enable contactless payments. bPay provides users with a pre-paid account that they can top-up from any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. It was recently trialled at the British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park, London.
Lucky for us, the card itself can be easily removed from the wrist band without causing any damage to either. You can then take this card and slip it into your iPhone’s case and that’s it.
