Have you ever heard about iPhone Photography School? You are surprised to hear such question? Yes, it exists. And here is a bright guy, whom one owes a great respect for materializing such idea: welcomes Emil Pakarklis. He is a self-taught professional of mobile photography. His first acquaintance with the world of mobile photography was, when an eBook ‘Big world, little lens’ by Justin Balog (f professional photographer, blogger and iPhoneography expert) fell into his hands. From that time, Emil became a passionate lover of mobile photography, starting a long way of mobile photoart through Instagram, Flickr and other social channels.

His main photo themes are landscapes, nature and urban spaces.
Emil was among those, who saw the broad potential of iPhoneography and started making tutorials for new-coming photographers. Actually, this was the ground for creating iPhone Photography School. But that’s not the only project, brought to life by Emil. He is also engaged in promotion of own video series, helping young amateurs to realize all opportunities of photo apps and choose the best one for them. Emil hosts this videoclips on a weekly basis.
Moreover, this video series inspires young enthusiast to create a community, called Learn Photo Apps — a wide social platform for exchanging of experience, advices and new trends in iPhonography.
Along with running School, shooting videos and writing books (by the way, his author of two books — iPhone Photo Academy and iPhone Editing Academy), Emil is an active participant of different mobile photo competitions. For example, he was member of jury at Mobile Photograph Awards 2014, together with such well-known experts as James Bacchi, Scott Strazzante, Finn Bealse and Dirk Dallas.
His personal attitude towards environment he is working at, can be illustrated by such explanation from one of his interviews:
‘I love how photography allows you take create something beautiful so easily. It’s alchemical how you can create beautiful photography out of nothing. For the most of my life I thought I was not a creative person, but thanks to the iPhone I have a great medium to express my creativity’.
