The inevitable ending of life; for most it’s a topic often avoided until it is the only subject on the mind in the last few days of life.

But, we are wrong. We are wrong to be afraid of such a fate. We should be pushed forward by the end, empowered to be better than yesterday.

After-all, how often do you see a marathon runner sad to see the end? Never!

Life is exactly that, a marathon. We are in this for the long run so look at the end as something to keep us going and to keep getting better.
