I like the flavor combinations of your final cookie! They look awesome, especially with fall coming up, and they tasted even better! I will definitely steal this recipe at some point.

I wish you would have documented pictures of your other iteration. I understand that it failed, but sometimes you learn the most from your failures! That idea of beet cookies sounded really unique and it would have made the idea come across easier if I could see some pictures or hear about it more!

What if you included more pictures in general? The majority of your pictures looked very similar (your final cookie photographed from above). Since I am a visual learner I would have appreciated photos walking me through your process!
