Thank you for your response. We agree with all your concerns. In addition to pair programming, we actually do additional code reviews using the Git Flow PR process for all the reasons you mentioned. But we don’t do it all the time, for example, when client confidentially is concerned or with some R&D prototyping-based projects. In such cases, we rely on the high quality output that we already get from pair programming.
