MSF: “ Syrian authorities are removing lifesaving medical equipment and drugs from convoys”
In many of the hellholes of the war in Syria, life is going from bad to worse. In the besieged town of Zabadani, for example, a sniper killed the only remaining doctor just after he’d been treating a patient. In most besieged areas there are few doctors left, in some places none at all. The regional senior co-ordinator for Médecins Sans Frontières, Sam Taylor, says Bashar-al-Assad’s officials are removing life saving equipment from aid convoys entering the besieged areas.
