For most of my life I have been self employed choosing to pursue a difficult career in sales. My dream has always been to be a pilot and I am taking slow steady steps to accomplish my dream. No matter what happens I do want my life to be meaningful and help others. I don’t have the luxury of making mistakes at 50 years old. Over the years, I have tried to convince myself that the risks I have taken have not “hurt” anyone but me because I am self sufficient, don’t have a partner or children.
