Your Vote and The Hamilton Rule.
Good Morning bitter winners, principled conservatives and court jesters.
Let’s talk about votes baby, Let’s talk about the U.S. and me, and all the good things and the bad things that can be…
Let’s talk about votes…
Twitterverse is chalk full of personal diatribes, tweeted out as the just and right way to cast your vote.
Trumpverse on voting:
a. The only correct vote is for Trump
b. If you don’t exercise your right to vote, you support Clinton.
c. If you vote 3rd party, you support Clinton.
That the logic they use. It’s all or nothing for the Collective. Their one road, short sighted logic will not tolerate the majority of voters in this country, made up of Democrats, Independents, 3rd Parties and other Republicans who will not support nor wish to cast a vote for Donald Trump.
In their alternate universe, they are the majority, in their plurality of one party. Their voices maybe LOUDER but they forget that the LOUDEST voice does not necessarily win the debate.
Or in this case a Presidential election where they face more than just other conservatives.
The Collective can’t accept the reality.
This is why we still hear birther nonsense about President Obama, Senator Cruz and Senator Rubio.
Not to mention all the constant and continued attacks against Republicans and ex Republican refugees that did not vote for Trump in the primaries.
They gleefully disenfranchised principled conservatives in the GOP.
They effectively replaced conservatism with poularism in the GOP.
They told us they didn’t need other Republican votes to win this election.
So, bitter winners, if this is your truth why are you now trying to get us to vote for Trump?
Angry white male and female voices aren’t cutting it. You need the other approximately 60% of the GOP to have a shot. The staunch middle class blue collars that are educated, their kids that just became old enough to vote. The constitutional conservatives, libertarian conservatives, religious conservatives and the centrists.
The entire tent needs to be full. Not 2/3rds empty. But, you emptied it. It’s your tent and your circus now. We moved to Disneyland. Better options.
Bullying by saying that we are liberals, RINOs and “Hillbots” doesn’t get votes for Trump.
Anyways, the only opinion that matters is the one casting thier individual votes.
I think it’s safe to say that opinions are fairly cemented and very few voters will change thier minds.
Trump collective, you have only yourselves to blame. If you had been respectful from the beginning, you might have had more support after the convention for your candidate.
If Trump had worked to inspire Republicans up for reelection vice lashing out at every criticism they had of him, maybe things would be different.
Take Speaker Ryan, Trump put him on blast, thanked his pro-Trump opponent.
In Trumpverse, this means you’re fired!
And the Collective rubbed their hands in glee and sounded the battle call.
Except, Ryan has higher favorables in his district and state than all of the candidates running for President this year.
Ryan won his election despite the LOUD voice crying against him.
And the supporters that mimicked Trump’s loudeness. You lost. Why? Because you are a PLURALITY in ONE political party, you only represent yourselves.
Oh by the way, I’m fairly certain you lost Ryan Republicans this year.
SAD! Because the GOP will retain at the least, a majority in the Senate. Most of whom you, the Trump collective have opposed and attacked.
As Alexander Hamilton said
“If we must have an enemy at the head of government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible.”
BRAVO! The Hamilton Rule is back in action. Enjoy the fruits of your labors bitter winners!
You will put Clinton into office, but you will be sidelined during her tenure while the rest of us do the real work.
